KAWAMURA Kiyoo and TERASAKI Takeo studied in Italy before WWII. Back in Japan, KAWAMURA created and left such unique works of oil painting on Byobu (folding screens), Shikki (lacquerwares), and boards. While TERASAKI, who had worked diligently on the research of wall paintings, left his works to Himonya Catholic Church and to others. This Exhibition displays his reproduction of “Veronese” restored by Aichi University of the Arts, and also displays the process of the restoration.
